1991-2002 Chevrolet made the c3500hd. It was a 15000 gvw truck. They use the same 5/10 on 7.25 bolt pattern as our AD big bolts. The had discs all the way around and would be a good source for parts.
I've got the dana80 rear axle out of one, and plan on turning the hubs down to 4.75" diameter so our original 20" wheels would bolt up to a modern disc brake rear axle with a ton of different gear options and plentious parts.
