Take pictures before you disassemble. John Milliman posted a reminder sheet for brake adjustments a few weeks back (can't find it right now - apologies).
You suggest that one of the fronts is leaking, it would be wise to pull the drums off all four wheels and make certain that the one you suspect is leaking before you replace it, and that no others are leaking.
