Back the adjuster off a couple of clips and see if that improves. I worked in a gas station during high school and did s great many brake adjustments. I was taught to do them a little differently than is usually recommended. I tighten the adjuster until both shoes are tight and centered on the backing plate, wheel not able to turn at all. Then loosen the adjuster until the wheel spins freely. This avoids the situation where one shoe is creating some drag because the shoes are not centered on the backing plate.
