I have been adjusting the front brakes on my truck and when I spin the wheel it turns about half a revolution and dead stops. I try to turn it and its obviously hitting something. I have taken the wheel off a few times and am confounded what is causing it. Anyone have any suggestions? I think it does it just in reverse.
