Question....did you pull the vent window glass out of its frame and put new tape in it?? If so, maybe you pushed the glass back into its frame to far???
I had a similar problem but I also did my vent glass....and when I put the vent glass back into the frame I closed the vent window and then "pulled back/out" on the vent glass a little to make it snug with the vertical seal without compromising the seal of the vent glass its self. Note: I had tried a steele seal on another AD, before my panel, and was not impressed with it or the cost. I ordered the ones for the panel from Classic Parts and have never looked back and that was 5 years ago.....just saying! | | |
