So my wife tells me this past weekend that she would REALLY like for me to try and get it running by spring. I know this is going to be next to impossible to do but I told her I would try my best.
That's a multi-year project. Even just dealing with the rust will take till spring, unless you spend the kid's college funds on it. I assume you're still working, so your personal time to work on it will likely be limited.
It does look good from 50 ft away, though.
It's a darn sight better than my project, though.
