Don't believe everything you read.
As an experienced car builder and forum denizen, I decided to call BS on those ridiculously fast builds that some claimed do, so I decided to one-up them. I had the complete
EIGHT YEAR build photos from my '31 Model A pickup; I condensed them into a build thread titled
"Street Rod In A Weekend." I made it appear as if I'd done all the work on just a Saturday and Sunday. Months of work were compressed into posts titled "What I did before lunch today," etc. Totally fake news, but the funny thing is that no one doubted it, everyone fell for it.
