The only item you have listed which I disagree with is #1.
There is no better platform for which to perform the extensive cab repairs which you are facing than the original frame.
Start off by rebuilding the rear cab support shackles and replace the front cab mount pads. Make sure that your front cab mount support brackets are in good shape (they are spot welded to the underside of the cab).
