DADS50 Shop Shark D Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 4,263 Nevada	I would pull the sender and test it with a meter. 0 ohm empty, 30 ohm full Being off 1/4 tank is pretty drastic Replacement senders are not very expensive Might be someting else going on, check the ground wire and sender wire.
