I can remember a time when all the gas stations had schredded asphalt shingles for driveways. And when they changed the oil in the garage, they would then dump the old used oil on the driveway.
Hiway departments dump millions of gallons of oil (asphalt) on the ground to build roads everyday.
And now the individual can't spray a little primer in his yard.
