I have contemplated piping the exhaust from my plastic draped garage booth first through a furnance filter and then into the side of large stovepipe with a water misting hose in the top and a drain at the bottom. The theory being that the water mist would knock down a lot of fumes. Don't know if it will work, but have been thinking this might be worth a try.
