Below you'll see a coupla shots shamelessly copied from the other site showing a junkyard salvaged 3 pt. setup that's mounted higher on a 5 window than shown on any of the instructions I've seen before. I like it. Is it stronger, not sure but it is in a larger sheetmetal area which should spread any crash generated tear out forces over a larger area. I'm thinking when I get around toit, I'll copy this mounting method.
