"what's possible" depends on the driveline and brakes - if it's an early small block, there's lots of crate replacements, but air brakes can present various problems and would need updating ... and FYI, "Greyhound style" buses have 'snub nose' flat faces due to pusher engines [like my '47], that's a "school bus style" with the front engine

Yes. I was referring to the style of windows and the bottom compartments. It is a school bus style otherwise. If the body is aluminum I could use the media that's best for it. I could also get a few guys with a wire wheel.
