Ok, pulled the starter so that I can check it out later. I then moved the flywheel with a screw driver, notch by notch, cleaning the surface as I go. I came to the spot that we marked the other day. Definitely not a BB. Moved it forward about another 1-2 inches and found the BB. So, marked it with some of my daughters white nail polish and them moved it up to the center of the timing hole.
Put new spark plugs in. Trying to replace condenser/points. The adjustment screw only turns so much either direction. How do I get the contact support off?
