That's a nice looking truck. I've always liked the look of a 3800 with that long box.
It may be too late to mention this, but it might help someone else out with their back glass. I cut my gasket over an inch too long. It's real easy to squeeze that extra inch in there and helps prevent leaks later. I also put the splice in the gasket at the top of the window, and the splice in the lock strip at the bottom. That way you don't have both splices at the same location and the splice isn't as obvious.
