Good info Jorb. The problem with all of this, and it's not unusual and has nothing to do with larry, is that we try to use old style systems and new style systems at the same time. Going from few fuses to many. Swapping motors and upgrading to 12V. Using an old light switch with a new ATO fuse panel, one wire alternator, foot start, push button solenoid start, key start, using an ammeter as a terminal block, adding relays, using relays as a terminal block, HEI, ballast resistors, thermal protected switch........ It gets confusing. I am as guilty as anyone.
Very hard to advise someone when you can't see the whole operation. I'm sure larry will absorb, reconnoiter and decide what to do. Hope he lets us help more and tells us his progress.
