BB, you probably already know this but just in case...if you go with the aftermarket shroud, be sure that between 1/3 and 1/2 of the tips of the fan blade are exposed and not encased in the shroud or it won't work properly. Bill's picture illustrates a correct installation. A common misconception is to think that the entire fan is supposed to be recessed inside the shroud.
