There were huge numbers of the Model B's made, and about as many different versions of them. Getting the correct number for your truck would be the best option. Switching parts from one to another is a good way to get of them not working.
The metering is set up to go with the air flow of each carb, you can usually jet up or down a couple of jets without issues, jumping 10 or more sizes may not work.
