I have a 1951 chevy 3100 and need to put a tilt column in it and was wondering if anyone has done that on a advanced design model chevy. I have a column from I did it and it is 31 inches long. I am not sure how to connect it to the factory gear box. Do you just cut the factory column to the right link and put a u joint from the double d to the factory shaft. Any help would be appreciated. | | |
