I put a 94 suburban tilt on my box. I double "DD" the shaft 3" above the box and did the same to the steering shaft. the steering shaft was hollow, 1" ID. Slid it over the shaft, drilled a small hole through it and used a small hard bolt to hold them together. Works great for 2 yrs. now. getting ready to put electric steering using the same 94 suburban column that I grafted a 05 Ion electric pump. Should be interesting.
