This is an interesting theory.
I'm gunna see if there is a frame number and see if I can get it by the DMV. This DMV is in a small towm nearby.
If I have a bill of sale with that number on it and they try to run a title search, maybe it will come back with no one and that may satisfy them. Then I can make my own stamped VIN or get the Sheriff to make me a VIN.
Hmmmmmmmm. Very interesting.
