The block has only the 2 numbers on it on the distributor side. Nothing like what you see in picture 2 of the link you just posed. Only has pic 1 and pic 3. No sign of anything being ground off either. Would a replacement engine still not have the plant and date codes on it? strange bit i cant find that info anywhere.
My Canadian 261 doesn't have those numbers either.
