Slope the pipe down hill????

OK, since you are wanting to have an argument, we slope the black iron lines "up hill". Condensed water all runs back to near the compressors where it is drained from a vertical receiver tank. We have had this system for 20+ years but do not have a down hill system to compare. It seems to work OK.
