Thanks for the reply, Jorb. I put it all back together last night. After loosening the mounts and rocking the motor around it seemed to go together a little better. We'll see if the vibrations have miraculously disappeared.
In a picture the motor mounts are bound to look like normal motor mounts. Next time I tear it apart I'll see what I can photograph.
I'll be under there again today. In my memory that crossmember is riveted. I'll look again.
