Wanted to thank everyone here. Finally ran out of excuses NOT to start my truck's engine after a year in my garage and very sporadic progress. Definitely the biggest mechanical accomplishment of my life...but it wouldn't have happened without the great folks on this site.
It fired right up and ran, albeit poorly, but I am still way more excited than discouraged. Just didn't have time to tinker. You can see it was rather dark.
See video below. Try to ignore the smoke. That is PB Blaster on the exhaust. Fire extinguisher was by my side.
