My 52 half ton only has one small outlet. It is in the end of the tank. Inside the tank is a metal line that is tacked to the bottom of the tank and bends "up" to the fitting.

The new tank has a piece of red tape over the outlet fitting. You an also see it on the others.

The other is the BIG filler neck.
