I've been considering going to a two carburetor setup. I'm currently running a single one barrel Carter YF 2100S on a 235. I am curious if there is a significant performance enhancement with the 2 carb setup (Carter 1 barrels) if done properly with two exactly the same carburetors and settings. I'm also wondering if there is a major drain on gas mileage with the addition of the second carburetor. Just interested in what people think about this. Is it worth the cost of changing manifolds etc. Not to mention any potential tuning headaches.
