Put in some Kroil and if you don't have it pour in a 50/50 mixture of diesel and transmission fluid into the spark plug holes and let it set for a week.
Pull the valve cover and "tap" the valves to see if they are stuck, or better yet, pull the rocker assembly and push rods so you don't bend them. Check the lifters to see if they are stuck to.
Then pull the flywheel inspection cover and with a pry bar see if you can get the flywheel to turn. It will take time so be patient.
