To fix a stuck motor take out each spark plug and fill every cylinder to the top with your choice of the following. Kroil is the best in my opinion. Other options are diesel fuel, automatic transmission fluid, marvel mistery oil, kerosene, or liquid wrench, WD-40, etc. You can mix these too, such as 50/50 MMO/kero Diesel/atf. Let the substance sit a week then try to turn it over with the starter or you can use a flat screwdriver on the teeth of the flywheel, being careful not to damage teeth. If that doesn't work let it sit for longer. Good luck
