I just re-read the Thread, and realized you already had all the Flange Faced 'Surfaced' by a Machine Shop.
Is it just the Bolts seeming to be 'too long' which is the issue now?
If so, if the Bolts are actually 'bottoming out' with the Manifold still having ".060" to go...then, just add a Washer or two under each Bolt Head...and, you should be fine.
