buy a torque adapter off the tool truck they come in all sizes and use a touch of anti-sieze on the bolts and clean em good on a wire wheel run a tap thru all holes.
You'll want to be ever so careful using a tap... unless the threads are stripped out. Instead a thread
chaser would be better suited to help reform any slightly damaged threads
