Grrrr.... setbacks... first I have been having financial troubles , so I have been forced to take on extra work. Not much time for truck stuff. I ran my tank over the weekend. It leaked bad. So upon checking the tank in the morning , it was almost empty. So most of the rust suspended in the water , adhered to the fender and caused surface rust to form. The area of the fender that was still in the water was clean but the part that was left to open air has to be re-dipped. No big deal really , just an extra dip in the tank. Problem is that I have to repair my tank. I took some pics and video of this adventure and will upload them later after I find the leak, repair it and run it again. I will show before , during , after leak , and after re-dipping.
