I've had the truck since 2003 with no overheating problems. In 2007 I had the engine rebuilt. Until last fall the temp gauge had only gone past the 180 mark on very hot days and even then not much higher. Now even on cool days (60 degrees) after about 15 minutes the needle starts climbing past 180 and eventually will be close to the high end of the gauge.
My dad always told me, "Don't force it, get a bigger hammer".
