But most importantly so that I could easily replace the mount in the future. Broken mounts are not that uncommon and two of mine showed signs of welded repairs. I insured the bolt holes were just large enough to accept the bolt. Start with one, bolted to frame and then drilled the others out through bracket and frame together to ensure perfect alignment of holes. Did the holes in the replacement not line up with the rivet holes on the frame? | | |
