I read it all and you sure have a lot of history in the truck so it deserves the best....and one that you can pass on to your children. Wow, what a story.
You can put this story in the DIY forum and come add to it anytime..... and also let the folks know what you did on your bolt in a permanent type thread in the General truck forum.
....I do suggest that you ask your questions in the most appropriate forum as not everyone visits here in the welcome centre each time they come in.
