I've got a longer dipstick that I can cut to the correct length but I don't know how long to make it. If someone could give me the dimension from the "full" mark to the point where it sits on the top of the tube I could make this one work. As always, any assistance is appreciated.

I would just do a fresh oil change with the recommended amount of oil and run it for a few minutes to fill everything up then let it settle for 10 minutes, I do not have a 235 but would think it would be 5 qrt.

2)- from stop washer to full mark on dipstick is 13 5/8 inchs
3)- overall dipstick from stop washer to end is 15 1/2 inchs
