Recently got a stock 53' 3100. I'm currently replacing the fuel system(tank, lines, pump, carb rebuild). Next on my list is making the 6 to 12 volt conversion. I want to keep the foot starter setup on the rig...
Can anyone give advice on what concerns I should have going 12v as well as amp level(100, 120,160amps...) to have all related systems compatible?

Now Yorktown, with all the battlefields would be quite nice. We have a big Easter Egg Hunt here at the farm the next day (Sunday) in the afternoon. But it's usually a come as you are and bring some chow, laid back event. The hardest part is stuffing and hiding plastic eggs. I usually get plenty of helpers in that department.
We'll see how this lines up. We had two good days here at the farm with the temps at 60. So, maybe we'll be able to stay ahead of schedule.
