What type of chair/seat came in the old(47-54)Advanced Design Panel Trucks?
I can't seem to find a photo of an old panel truck with vintage looking seat(s). Did some come with a bench seat??

The optional passenger seat was the same for all years. It was hinged at the floor at the front of the seat, but I do not remember if it looks like the 1953 seat at the link above. If no one posts a photo, I'll post a photo after 2 January.

I assume this was to increase cargo space. With Chevy's tendency to keep what works a long time, I believe the '56 seats would work in my 1969 panel. They look right!

Les Les, my seat does just that, folds at the back and pivots ahead at the front. I believe that they're the same except for the rails.
