Both fenders have damage here. The other one is worse, but it was in another barn. The edge is rusted through, and has broken free along the top edge at the 90* bend into the fender itself. Any suggestions or tips are appreciated!! Picture

| | | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,275 Renaissance Man | | Renaissance Man Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,275 | That is probably the easiest place on the entire truck to cut out, fab a patch, and weld back in without any risk of warping due to the support provided by the 90 degree fold in that area. When you get it taken care of, don't get cocky kid, you won't be so lucky in other areas.
