Can anyone tell me exactly what type of wheels I have here? These are on a 1979 C60. Need to confirm these will fit on my 1965 C60. Any one tell me exactly what I've got here? Definitely need to confirm these are not RH5's or a rim that splits in the middle. I have not yet seen them personally.

Please take a look at the pics. This link should take you to the photo stream. I have 12 pics posted. The first six pictures are of the current wheels on my truck, the RH5's...The rest of the pics are the wheels I have in question...Any info would be greatly appreciated.

They will fit, but I'm afraid they are the RH5°.

Hard to tell from the pix but compare what you have to the profiles shown here...

I agree the pictures are a little hard to tell, but the pictures of the front wheels look like a lock ring to me, not RH5

I won't argue at all with crenwelge as to them fitting as I have no idea, assuming these located close enough I would go take a look at them in person to confirm if they are or are not RH5 as you now know they will bolt on.

I have similar wheels on my 1948 Chevy COE 2ton. They are 20" 3 piece. You can take a look at my photos on Flickr. My local tire shop was still willing to work on them! That's my 2 cents!

I wish I could get a better look at them but they are in Kansas and I'm in Indiana. The rears appear to be split around the middle but the pics the seller sent me are not so good. One of the pics shows a view between the duals and it appears like there is a separate lock ring around the edge of the wheel. The raised section around the middle of the wheel doesn't look like the RH5's on my truck. Were widow maker rims manufactured by other companies? I have posted pics of my current wheels on my 65 C60.

Hy IHBoilermaker, the pictures of the wheels you're looking at purchasing are poor at best, they appear to show some multi-piece wheels and some RH5s. I tried to find your pictures, I'm not very good with confusilator stuff and the only pictures that I can find are from a guy called MononCarknocker, is that the pictures of the wheels you have on your truck now? None of your links will work by simply clicking on them, so I probably did something wrong in trying to get them to work. I for one would very much appreciate it if you could make your links work by just clicking on them.

The wheels that are on my truck have a caption underneath them. I was looking at purchasing the multi piece wheels. You think its not worth it? I know I can get them serviced around here. I'm just trying to avoid spending $1500 bucks on new rims at this point in time.

Ok I figured out how to make it clickable..I updated the first post.

The fronts could be deceiving, but the hump in the middle of the rears sure suggest RH5°. I have quite a few of the old RH5° wheels laying around, and when they have tires mounted, the front is difficult to tell, but my guess is still that all the ones pictured are the RH5°.

It apears to me that you have a mix of wheels here at least one of the fronts are a three piece tube type. The picture of the info on one wheel clearly says RH5 on it. The others I can't tell. I do have a set of 20" three piece wheels with a 10 on 8 3/4" bolt pattern as well as a set of 22.5s with the same pattern.

A mix of wheels is very common, but I don't see any that I can positively identify as not being a RH5°.

I've looked at the pictures and I'm absolutely sure one front wheel and one rear wheel are RH5° wheels, possibly others.
Agreed there are some other types of lock ring 20" wheels, hard to say how many with the info/pictures given.

The first six pics are of the current wheels on the truck which have definitely been confirmed as the Firestone RH5. The remainder of the photos were the wheels I had in question. From what I'm gathering they seem to be the three piece wheels.

I see now.
Then the last 6 pictures look mostly like 3 piece wheels. Can't say for sure that there is an RH5° in there and can't them all see clearly enough to rule it out either.

I don't have any extra wheels myself.

Well I will put my 2 cents worth in.

The last wheels in the pics look to have an outer locking ring, which RH-5s do not have. RH-5s are a two piece ring with equal halves (almost).

If they have a single outer locking ring there most likely Goodyear LW or LW-LB. Which are still serviceable today.
