Mine look like a pair of squashed trumpets, lots of twisty pipe. Oh well they look neat anyway will give them a try.
And I do have the factory horn, been on this truck since new I believe, mounts on intake.

This makes sense with the accessory horn being one mounted to the firewall? A diagram and instructions are given in the 1953 Accessories Installation Manual.
In 1954/55st, the dual horns were mounted on the front side of the radiator housing/frame.
