I built this truck from a bunch of project parts. It has good wind lace and I have new rubber. I also have the "outer" rubber seal that must be "attached" to the door. I plan to "glue" the seal on after the door is painted. best to put it on the doors with the doors off if possible.
apply a little to both contact areas, and let it dry till its just barely tacky.....and it'll stick tight. Get it in the right place before you stick it together because it will not move much once you stick it.

All new sheet metal except cab, hood and doors. 383 sbc with Super Ram injection/al heads/lt-4 hot cam and 700r4 with 4:11 gears. Should be goooood between stop lites. All Mar-k bed with a strip of led's in the roll pan. After market gauges/flaming river post and vintage a/c. I wish I'd seen that video about 2 years ago! They ARE a booger with the doors on the vehicle. oh, Boiling Springs is just across the interstate from Spartanburg.

I ordered some 3M Quick Fix Adhesive part # 0815 5from advanced auto, and it works well. The rubber will tear up before it comes off. It comes in a clear squeeze bottle and is clear. I keep it in the frig and it still works after a year. Put it on my 55 chevy convertible 5 years ago and it is still there. Allen
