Jim, welcome to the Stovebolt. You will find answers to all your questions here. Post in the most appropriate forum and the guys will be more than willing to help you out. (They're probably taking their wife out for dinner tonight)
For example, the heater question could go in the interior forum. If the moderator of that forum thinks it'll do better in another he'll move it and notify you.
There are different heaters for these trucks.... Does yours have one in it at all? A picture of it will tell the guys a lot. If it doesn't then you can get recommendations from them. My guess would be a Fresh Air heater???
Regardless, the folks here have a ton of knowledge and willing to share. One neat thing here is the Search feature which you can see on the left side of the screen. Type in "heaters" and you'll probably get days of reading. I think Tim recently posted a picture showing the different types.
One other thing. For the first 4 post you are "moderated". This is to help prevent spammers and similar folks. So, until you have 4 post you will not be able to send PM's. So, get busy and make a few post so you can enjoy all the features of the Bolt. This place is a Gold Mine
....and there are lots of bolters around your area and close by. Don't worry. You'll see them if they don't find you first.
