K.C. Wood Mfg. is in Va. but according to their web page they are not excepting any orders right now. They are not cheap but I understand they do quality work. You may want to try them later.

...I have read many accounts where the wood has been replaced with metal tubing of some sort. Unless your doing a 100% resto you may want to look into that?

The steel is probably the best solution and I am not trying to make it totally original any way. Thanks for the info. Allen

There are some kits that have the steel framing pre-made to fit right in as replacement for the wood. I don't know who makes it off hand but a google search should help.
