It is the ground wire as it attaches to bottom frame of truck. I appear to be missing the wire running from the fuel guage to the sending unit. Can anyone tell me what type of wire I'll need to get and more importantly the routing of the wire from the gauge to the sending unit?

I don't know what color to use, though.
Though, you may just want to replace the wire. If it's broken, you may have other breaks under the insulation and a new wire will solve any problems that might crop up. | | |
