Okay. Here is the t-shirt design we have for this year. We have a new source, and the shirt will be $10 (no difference in sizes).

YOU have some options, too:

You can also have your name or truck name / info on the back of the shirts. Heat applied 2" names on the back are $1.00 per letter. For the gals, glitter colors are available for their name on the back. The glitter letters are $1.25 per letter, assorted colors we can post if anyone is interested.

NOW ... I need to know how many you want and what size. We will get extras.

(AND ... we hope to do a second order with this group of a somewhat generic t-shirt and not Reunion-specific. The show also has shirts.)

For now ... if you'll give me your name, how many and size, we will start this list. If you want the special printing on the back, let us know what you want it to say and a color choice. If a number of folks do want a color, we will try to get a color swatch linked here. thumbs_up

Kids sizes also available.

Here we go:

1. John Milliman - three 2XL
2. Peggy Milliman - one medium
3. The Milliman toddlers: one for an 2 year old; one for a 3 year old and one for a 5 year old (have you wondered what I have been BUSY with all these years? cry
4. Joe "Brewster" Miller - one XL; one L
5. Don "2 Ton" King - one 2XL; one L
6. Kevin "Mo2cy" Boswell - two 2XL; one for a 4 year old
7. George "Wrench Bender Ret" Capito - one L
8. Fred "Truckernix" Nixon - one XL
9. Rusty64 - one XL WITH "Rusty 64" on the back!
10. Mongo - two 2XL's
11. Paul Schmehl - one 4XL with "Stovebolt Geek" on the back in red and one 4XL with "Baldeagle" on the back in dark blue
12. Terry "27Capitol" K - one XL and one medium
13. Scott Ward - one XL and two L
14. Paul Morgan - one 2XL
15. Aldersons - two XL; one medium
16. The Ned - one XL
17. Mike "Dakota" Jordanger - one XL
18. Cletis - one L; one medium
19. Larry 58 Burb - one XL; one L
20. Mike "Ol Trucks" Taylor - one XL
21. John Lucas - two M; one S

Note: the folks who want extra lettering I have bolded their info. In case you were wondering. smile

New information and I will add it to the intro also.

The shirts WILL be under $10. (John needs to work on the color part of the graphic).

You can also have your name or truck name / info on the back of the shirts. Heat applied 2" names on the back are $1.00 per letter. For the gals, glitter colors are available for their name on the back. The glitter letters are $1.25 per letter, assorted colors we can post if anyone is interested.

Peg

I'd be happy to do the youth shirts as well at the above pricing since you'll be doing such a large order. No problem at all smile

John sent the art work off to Shelley this morning for the Reunion shirt. He is working on the second shirt.

I will try to link this info tonight but certainly can tomorrow. We have a house-full of family today and weather that keeps them inside! So, computer work is gonna be hit and miss. But tomorrow everyone goes off to work and school!

Oh-tay. Got you guys. Rusty -- you can just pay "the sistahs" when you pick up your shirt in KC.

Okay Mongo I've got your's added. I also tried to swap out the picture for the final picture but I cannot get in the server. It looks mostly the same.

Waiting to hear back from Paul.

Put me down for one XL and one medium. Do we pay for them when we pick them up in Kansas City? Gloria said she would be happy to help Peg out on the shirt table. She will also bring extra fives and tens for change because that was a little bit of a problem the last few times. lol. We will also bring a couple extra cases of bottled water to share at the park and we'll bring a few bags of chips to munch on in back of the motel. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. By the way, Hat's of to the person that came up with this years design on the shirts. Nice Job!

Terry,

Check on the t-shirts. And yes, payment upon pick-up in KC. Wow, yes -- bring change (I forgot about that already). Glad Gloria and Theresa will be doing the shirts for us again.

Cool on the water and munchies. We have put in a local request to pick up some bottled water also. We figure maybe it will be on sale someplace between now and then (locally, it's $2.22 for a case) and we'll need a lot for as many people as we have listed so far. I'll start a list of all that stuff soon.

I was about to post to check the design on the shirt again. We needed to streamline the colors. So, it's the same design but with three colors and no shadow (which you probably can't tell). John did the design. He's got the generic one to finish hopefully in the next few days.

Okay. The order has gone in. I have requested a few in each size as extras. So, if you didn't make the list, you should be covered ... until they run out!

This is kinda cool. Mongo's sister is the one doing the shirts and she'll bring them when she comes to the show. We should have them by Friday evening.

And a big thanks to Gloria and Theresa (The "Sistas") for helping again this year with distribution on site!
