There is no fuse for the parking light, so, did I burn out the light switch and have to replace. :rolleyes: Could not find a fuse for these lights so am assuming there is a breaker or something in the switch. Anyone know, :confused: thanks. | | |

There was just a big discussion about headlight switches not too long ago, and I asked about the brake light circuit being fused/breakered.
Check your bulbs to make sure that they just didn't have a temporary short from when you hosed things off. Your switch might be fine.
If your bulbs are okay, then pull the switch and throw a multimeter on it. Make sure that there's voltage and continuity to all of the terminals.
If the switch checks out, then it looks like your wiring is messed up. Try running a temporary wire from the switch to the terminal block on the inner fender. If the lights kick on, then go ahead and change the wiring out.

I cleaned all the points, tried again and still no lights. Took the switch out, its okay. Next, went to the wiring from the terminal box on the fender, snipped afew wires and rewired it, now they work. Was no ground so don't know how they worked before. Found another problem, the turn signal fuse connection had a small 1" screw in it instead of a fuse. ???? | | |
