| | | | Joined: Aug 2000 Posts: 29 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2000 Posts: 29 | I have removed the doors from my '37 pickup getting ready to clean, paint, etc. It appears that there was a horizontal window wipe strip at the bottom of the window with the wipe strip pressed into the door. Does anyone know where I can obtain this strip. It looks like it is a press in fit, but I am hesitant to pry out the old until I know if it can be replaced.
Also, any recommendations on the window channel felt as to what type is best?

Jim Carter sells them (under side window items) - one goes on the inner door and one on the outer door. It is a press fit but I used 3m weather strip adhesive as well to hold it in there.
There were a lot of rubber pieces on those doors to replace and Jim Carter sells all of them! | | |
