Runs very well. Typical of our older trucks with some steering wheel play. Have you tried tightening it up some?

Steering is actually OK, a bit of play in the front end, but not bad; box is good. It has less caster than the C-10's I have (or something) so it's more input sensitive, though. That, some new-old tires (worn in on another truck), and some probable subconscious thing about the camera leads to what you see. At any rate, I stopped doing it so all is well. wink

In fact, I ran 60-65MPH or so today on the highway and it did fantastic. Turns out I have 4.10's, not 4.57's, btw. Only 2,500-2,700RPM @ that speed with the 7.50-17's; engine ran like a watch there, too.

Yeah, I've seen Belts, neat truck he has. I just bought a '63 dually with 292/sm420 yesterday, BTW. $400 and it came with a hot battery and good brakes! I'll get a video of it when its running, maybe I'll make a post here with some pictures later on today, too. I have a couple videos of the '65 I haven't uploaded yet, too.

Great video. I miss my old SM420 from time to time. I really like how they sound.
