I have a pressure pot but the tips are junk (ceremic) and they don't see the size I need individually... so I have to buy a pack and throw the other 3 away (got it from Tractor Supply but its the same thing that HF sells).

So I'm looking for a sandblasting gun where I can either buy the tips I need individually or in carbide.

I looked at Eastwoods 3 pack of .138 inches... anyone use those? What size grit does it allow? Right now I have switched to 60/80 grit black beauty because thats what TSC had on the floor.

I needed to replace the gun for my cabinet not too long ago. Picked one up from McMaster Carr. http://www.mcmaster.com/#abrasive-blasters/=ne05ay I didn't need the trigger version as my cabinet has a foot valve. I'm a lot happier with this new gun over the old one. I have a mix of media and it all goes through the gun fine. You're compressor will need to keep up with it!

TP tools seems like it has what I need... the S-25-M looks like the carbide nozzle will work.

My compressor is a 5HP dual stage 3-lung w/60gal receiver and its rated at 15CFM... but once the nozzle orifice opens up on the ceramic nozzles I have to back it down to 40psi to keep a decent run time. I normally run 60psi.

I bought the US-30 at TP Tools for my blast cabinet, it has the S-25 in it. Works good. Hard to get hand/glove between siphon hose and trigger. Hose is directed right at trigger. Bad ergonomic design but you get used to it. They wanted to keep siphon hose and air hose together for maneuvering.
